The project was conceived as an integrated development made up of a serviced apartment block and an office block. These take the form of two interlocking L-shaped, 30-storey blocks culminating in a total area of 700,000 square feet. The block housing the serviced apartment is oriented to maximize views of the KLCC Park whilst the block housing the office, addresses Jalan Tun Razak allowing direct access from there. The service cores are neatly tucked away between the overlapping parts of the two blocks, thus freeing up excellent frontage for the prime spaces to enjoy. The blocks are tied together and anchored by a landscaped podium. The podium houses common facilities and is covered in landscaping, which is designed to flow seamlessly into a central courtyard below.

The main entrance lobbies for both blocks open up into this courtyard and evoke the impression of a pavilion within a forest. Within the serviced apartment block, there are 3 types of residential units. These are sized from 690 square feet for a single-bedroom unit, 1,280 square feet for a two-bedroom unit, to 2,400 square feet for a duplex unit. Typically, each floor consists of 7 apartment units. In the office block, the L-shape of the floor plan creates flexibility and provides the opportunity to subdivide the floor into smaller office suites. Ultimately, the development was designed with the intent to create a pleasant urban place where work, leisure and habitat co-exist and complement each other and enhance the city landscape.
