GDP–LOG

In July 2008, a book titled GDP–LOG made its debut. The book features selected projects, which have emerged from GDP in the span of the last 18 years. It is a follow-up from the first book entitled ‘GDP – Buildings & Projects, 1990 – 2000’. ‘GDP-LOG’ is divided into five chapters; the first, entitled ‘Formative Years’, includes projects completed in the first decade of GDP’s existence. The second chapter, entitled ‘Moving Forward’ describes completed projects, which started in the new millennium. The third chapter, entitled ‘Continuum’, showcases projects currently being built. The fourth chapter, entitled ‘Dialogue’, displays works in the pipeline, competition entries and un-built works as well as design proposals. The fifth and last chapter, entitled ‘Gallery’, is a collage of works and projects not covered in earlier chapters.

GDP–LOG is a means of acknowledging the vast and varied efforts required in realising GDP’s designs, and to convey appreciation for contributions from many that have made it possible.
