Capsquare Tower

Cap Square Tower is located within the CapSquare development situated along Jalan Munshi Abdullah, Kuala Lumpur. It consists of a 4-storey high entrance lobby with 41 floors of occupied levels. There are 3 levels of plant room area - first on level 25& 25 Mezzanine and 2 levels at the top most floors.

The floor-to-floor height is 4000 mm with the clear ceiling height for the typical office areas ranging from 2700 mm (with 150 mm raised floor system) to 2725 mm (with 125 mm raised floor system). Each floor boasts an efficient floor plate of about 15,000 sf. The car parking facility is located at the 3 basement levels adjacent to the tower.

The building envelope comprises curtain wall system with Aluminium frames and is set out on a 1160 mm planning grid with a combination of clear, translucent, fritted and opaque glazing panels.

The entrance is embraced with a canopy that is constructed of a steel support structure and glass panels with clear and opaque interlays.
