TOOLED AESTHETIC. The concept for a tooled frame with a machined veneer was commensurate with PROTON’s aspirations as a regional leader in automobile design and manufacturing : a metal hangar of corporate technology. As in the research and design building, the skin of this main building extension was detailed to the degree of modulated sunlight desired for the various spaces within.
