The Altium

The Altium is on a 2.66-acre plot with a GFA of 43,112 sqm, at a prominent intersection of two major highways. This development aims to create an environmentally responsive, grade 'A' commercial centre and a place for integrated urban life, work & play.

It comprises 2 office buildings; a 22-storey MSC Grade 'A' offices, an 11-storey block of office suites and an F&B block. These blocks are unified by a landscaped plaza, with 8 car park floors below. The 2 office blocks are orientated in response to climate and to express a form of a gateway.
